Graduate of the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business of the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce more than ten years ago, Laurent has focused his career in high-end customer service in both English and French geared to a North American and international clientele.
A member of the Chartered Administrators of Quebec, he has established a solid property management expertise through an initial focus on the complete internal management of an iconic luxury condominium tower of more than 25 stories and multiple indoors and outdoors common areas, located on Nun's Island.
Formerly vice-president of the board of administrator of a co-ownership of over 200 units on the island of Montreal, Laurent truly understands the reality and the potential irritants of board members and makes sure to be as relevant and efficient in his approach to ensure that both time and energy is spent on the right subjects.
With a focus on solutions, he followed multiple private and specialized university courses on technical building management
in order to be able to be proactive and to quickly asses any situation requiring the immediate attention of specialists.
Passionate and possessing advanced knowledge in technology and information security, he has recently been the instigator and manager of an access chip/fob cleansing project of more than 600 units over multiple buildings and zones.
His contagious smile and extraordinary dedication makes him a major asset for managing relations with co-owners.
